What is a sauna?
Sauna - a small room or building, built to test dry and wet sensations. From steam and high temperatures, swimmers sweat. Saunas can be divided into two main types: ordinary saunas, which warm the air and infrared saunas. Infrared saunas can use various materials in the heating area, such as charcoal, active carbon fibers and other materials. Saunas can be heated "in a black" and "in white". In modern apartments, electric heaters are usually installed. the last decades have become common during construction, apartment saunas, especially in multi-storey houses and in Rivitals (or townhouses), consisting of three or more houses built in a row. In such a sauna, there is usually a small steam room and a separate washing room, often also a shower room and a toilet. The heater is mostly electric, there is less wood burning with a separate hood. In old houses, where there is no apartment sauna, they can be built into the bathroom. The idea is about the same as the installation of a shower cabin and does not require alterations to the premises. The most popular and traditional construction is a wooden paneling, but there are also glass fiber products on the market.
